Common materials and their use are as follows:
1, synthetic rubber
Synthetic rubber, oil resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other comprehensive performance is better than natural rubber. 2, nylon
Nylon has the characteristics of small friction coefficient, good corrosion resistance, etc.. For t nylon temperature is not higher than 90 DEG, nominal pressure PN = 32MPa ball valve, globe valve.
3, PTFE
PTFE for t temperature is not higher than 232 DEG, nominal pressure PN = 6.4MPa cut-off valve, gate valve, ball valve etc..
4, cast iron
Cast iron used for temperature is not higher than 100 DEG T, nominal pressure PN is less than or equal to 1.6MPa, the gas and oil valve, globe valve, plug valves, etc..

Babbitt for valve temperature t-70~150, nominal pressure PN = 2.5MPa ammonia.
6, copper alloy
Copper alloys are commonly used in 6-6-3 tin bronze and 58-2-2 manganese brass, etc.. Copper alloy has good abrasion resistance, applicable to the temperature T is less than or equal to 200 DEG C, nominal pressure PN is equal to or less than 1.6Mpa water and steam, commonly used to gate valve, globe valve, check valves, plug valves and so on.
7, chromium stainless steel
Chromium stainless steel commonly used brand has 2Cr13, 3Cr13 after quenching and tempering treatment, corrosion resistance. Commonly used in the T temperature is not higher than 450 DEG PN, nominal pressure equal to or less than 32MPa water, steam and oil medium valve.
8, chromium nickel titanium stainless steel
Chromium nickel titanium stainless steel commonly used for 1Cr18Ni9ti, its corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and heat resistance. For T, the temperature is not higher than 600 DEG PN nominal pressure equal to or less than 6.4MPa, the steam medium for nitrate, cut-off valve, ball valve.
9, nitriding steel
The commonly used brand of nitriding steel is 38CrMoAlA, which has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. Power station valve commonly used in temperature is not higher than 540 DEG T, nominal pressure PN is less than 10MPa.
10, boronizing
Boronizing is composed of a valve body or valve body material machining the sealing surface and surface boronization, sealing surface wear resistance performance is very good. Used in power station.
